We started as a simple CrossFit Gym in 2009. Ove the years, we have grown and evolved, along with our clients. 

We now offer a variety of programs including CrossFit, ThriveFit and Race Training.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a comprehensive, high-intensity, and varied workout approach that builds strength, cardiovascular health, and stamina through functional movements and a strong community.
CrossFit aims to improve overall work capacity by developing 10 physical skills, such as power, balance, and coordination, through constantly varied exercises like weight training, gymnastics, and cardio.

Broad Fitness Development

CrossFit focuses on developing 10 General Physical Skills: cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance. 

THRIVEFIT

ThriveFit offers small group classes with a focus on strength and conditioning training for all fitness levels, aiming to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Provides workout programs, exercise videos, nutrition tracking, and a platform to message a coach and connect with digital communities.
